A Project Manager works with you from the beginning to the end of your painting project. A supervisor is always on site. Careful attention is paid to every detail, including daily site clean up.

Interior painting is a very inexpensive way to remodel your home. We'll rid your walls of the bland color they are currently with something that is new and exciting.

A good coat of exterior latex paint will forms a protective seal for your home and will prevent the weather from penetrating it. f the exterior paint is starting to fail, it is best to get it painted as soon as possible.

Our Process

Consultation: We will gladly offer input and advice on color, finish and type of paint that should be used, and any prep work or finishing that may be needed, etc. We are also color experts, and we happily offer color consultation to identify the appropriate hues for the era when your house was built.
Preliminary walk-through: Collaborating with you to ensure that you get exactly the look you envision is important to us. We will do a thorough walk-through with you before the project begins to confirm exactly what you want and how you want it.
Protection: We protect all outdoor or indoor furnishes with drop cloths or plastic coverings.
Ensure optimal surface for adhesion: Paint needs to be applied to smooth, prepped surfaces to make sure it adheres well and looks great for years to come. As part of our preparatory process, we remove all electrical faceplates, scrape or sand rough areas, and caulk/putty holes to guarantee that your investment lasts for years.
Prepare the surface for painting – We take special precautions to prepare the surface of your house to protect your investment in painting the exterior of your home. These are just a couple of the ways we prep your home:
- Remove dirt and mildew – We use a biodegradable detergent or bleach depending on the extent of the mildew. Drying time varies.
- Create an optimal surface for adherence – New paint needs to have a smooth surface to adhere to. We scrape and sand away any peeling or flaking paint. We also spot prime, caulk, and putty as needed.
- Evaluate rotten or broken wood – If there is wood that needs to be replaced or repaired, we work with you to arrange this.
- Nail any loose ends – Loose boards, moldings, and protruding nails get the finishing touches.
Evaluate further repairs: Because we want to protect your investment for years, we also may consult with you about making minor repairs. Any repairs may incur an extra charge but will be decided beforehand by you.
Paint, the right way: Our professional process of painting your walls relies on only high-quality products and on our years of experience and practice.
Finishing touches: We clean-up after the project is completed by removing all tools and equipment, including drop cloths and plastic, and sweeping, vacuuming, and scrubbing to remove all traces of the paint crew – except for the great new coat of paint!
Final walk-through: We conduct our own final inspection and then invite you to join us on a final walk-through where we can address any final questions or concerns and ensure that we have exceeded your expectations.
